Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Overview

At Astrow24.com, all services are offered through a prepaid wallet system. Users are required to recharge their wallet before availing any consultation or paid service available on the Platform.

By using Astrow24.com, you acknowledge and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.

2. Wallet Recharge

• All payments made on Astrow24.com are credited to the user's Astrow24 Wallet.
• Wallet balance can be used to purchase astrology consultations, chat sessions, audio calls, video calls, reports, and other services available on the Platform.
• Wallet balance is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

3. No Refund Policy

All wallet recharges are final.

Once a wallet recharge has been successfully completed, no refund shall be provided under any circumstances, including but not limited to:

• Change of mind.
• Accidental recharge.
• Incorrect recharge amount.
• Partial usage of wallet balance.
• Unused wallet balance.
• User dissatisfaction with consultation.
• Difference of opinion with the astrologer.
• Consultation outcome not meeting expectations.
• Predictions not materializing.
• Delay in availing services.
• User becoming inactive.
• Multiple wallet recharges.
• Account closure requested by the user.
• Technical issues at the user's end, including internet connectivity, device malfunction, power failure, or network interruptions.
• Any other personal or commercial reason.

All payments are non-refundable.

4. Wallet Deductions

Wallet balance is automatically deducted based on the service selected by the user, including but not limited to:

• Chat Consultation
• Audio Consultation
• Video Consultation
• Live Sessions
• Astrology Reports
• Kundli Services
• Tarot Reading
• Numerology
• Palmistry
• Vastu Consultation
• Other paid services offered on the Platform

Applicable charges are displayed before the service begins.

5. Consultation Cancellation

Users may choose to cancel a consultation before it starts.

• No refund shall be issued for the cancelled booking.
• The applicable amount shall remain in the user's Astrow24 Wallet, only if the service has not commenced and no deduction has been made.
• Once a consultation has started, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Interrupted Sessions

If a consultation is interrupted due to:

• Internet failure
• Mobile network issues
• Device malfunction
• User disconnection
• Battery drain
• Background application restrictions

Astrow24 shall not be responsible for any resulting loss of consultation time or wallet deductions.

7. Astrologer Availability

Astrow24 facilitates connections between users and independent astrologers.

If an astrologer becomes unavailable before a consultation begins:

• The consultation may be rescheduled.
• Users may choose another available astrologer.
• If no service has commenced, the deducted amount (if any) may be restored to the user's Astrow24 Wallet at the company's sole discretion.

No cash refund shall be issued.

8. Promotional Credits

Promotional offers, referral rewards, coupons, cashback, bonus credits, or complimentary wallet credits:

• Have no cash value.
• Cannot be transferred.
• Cannot be withdrawn.
• Cannot be refunded.
• May expire without prior notice.

9. Fraudulent Transactions

Astrow24 reserves the right to:

• Suspend user accounts.
• Reverse fraudulent transactions where legally permitted.
• Cancel wallet balances obtained through unauthorized or fraudulent means.
• Report suspected fraudulent activities to the relevant authorities.

10. Chargebacks

Users agree not to initiate chargebacks or payment disputes after successfully recharging their wallet or availing services.

If a chargeback is initiated:

• The user's account may be suspended or permanently terminated.
• Outstanding dues may become immediately payable.
• Astrow24 reserves the right to pursue legal remedies for recovery of amounts and associated costs.

11. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases involving:

• Duplicate payment due to a verified technical error.
• Payment successfully debited but wallet not credited.

Astrow24 will investigate the transaction. Where appropriate, the amount may be credited to the user's Astrow24 Wallet after verification.

Under no circumstances will such adjustments be made as cash or bank refunds.

12. Company's Decision

All requests relating to wallet transactions, cancellations, adjustments, and service disputes shall be reviewed by Astrow24.

The decision of Astrow24 / To The Digital shall be final and binding.

13. Changes to this Policy

Astrow24 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The latest version will always be available on the Platform.
